I am a licensed psychotherapist living in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia. My journey as a therapist began six years ago with a passion for creating a space of safety and comfort within which stories of discomfort, pain, and suffering can be faced. My approach is non-judgmental, warm, empathic, and appropriately challenging.
Life is full of uncertainty and unexpected occurrences; therapy is a place where these experiences can be processed and integrated toward creating a more grounded you. My aim, at the end of our journey together, is for you to find stability and strength to continue to weather the chaos of existence.
I am both a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #23790) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC #180.014922) in the State of Illinois.
My practice is completely virtual; ensuring ease of access for my clients living in Canada and the USA.

My Background
I was born in Cameroon, a Central African country rich in cultural, traditional, and religious diversity. Growing up in this environment instilled in me a curiousity and openness to the unique experience of others and the countless singular ways of existing within our world. My academic and professional journey continued this education as I went on to live in Malaysia, various regions of the USA, and now on the West Coast of Canada
These diverse experiences provide the foundation of my therapeutic work, providing me a lens of understanding of the worldview and challenges of myriad populations; especially for those experiencing systemic-oppressive struggles, folks going through profound life transitions, and for people navigating loss. It is with this foundation that I approach creating a space of empathy and non-judgment within which people can move toward a more meaningful self.
Therapy style
Calm, patient, warm, and challenging are descriptors given to my demeanour in the therapy space. Change can only happen with safety and trust, so I prioritise a collaborative building of the space alongside you; listening to your experiences, being transparent in my observations, and asking meaningful (often challenging) questions. Only by doing this can the space lead to a more meaningful life of stability and freedom for you.
I am intentional in ensuring that the therapy space is an environment where you can work through your concerns, sit with uncomfortable thoughts, process trauma, and grieve without fear of judgment, shame, isolation, and invalidation. Growth happens in discomfort, you do not have to go through it alone. With your help, we can move through the challenges of your life with care, kindness, and understanding.
Hobbies & Interests
Besides being a therapist, I enjoy exploring the city as I hunt for new restaurants or record shops! You can also find me playing a variety of tabletop roleplaying games like Dungeons & Dragons or slowly getting through my exponentially growing reading list.
