Counselling

Individual Therapy

We experience a variety of difficult emotions and situations over the course of life; relationship difficulties, family concerns, work stressors, life-stage transitions, the death of a loved one, and traumatic events.

Counselling is an opportunity to delve deeper into these concerns. It is a space created with confidentiality, safety, and non-judgment as its foundations. The counselling process allows us to face these concerns and find meaning and stability within ourselves.

Group Therapy

Often we find ourselves wanting to better understand our relationship with our selves and with others; how difficult it might be to communicate our thoughts and feelings, or to simply understand why we communicate the way we do.

Group counselling is a transformative space where these questions can be explored; safety and trust encouraging an environment of authenticity and vulnerability. Connections in the group create an opportunity for discovery that often leads to change for our peers and for ourselves.
